Dear Parents,   

St Martha’s is a Catholic school, rooted in the traditions of the Sisters of St Martha.  We are a community on a shared journey of faith and learning with a history dating back to the 17th century.

At St Martha’s we value the formation of inquisitive minds based on a knowledge and understanding of Gospel values. Our education in academic terms is excellent whilst the motto of the founding Sisters, ‘Serve The Lord With Joy’, is an integral part of school life.

Our girls are encouraged to develop their own moral theology in a safe and caring environment. The girls of St Martha’s leave school confident young women able to cope with the challenges that life throws at them. We take great pride in our girls who leave St Martha’s prepared to take up their place in society and make a meaningful contribution to their community.
